“I like Wednesdays” is a group for people from Polish and Ukrainian communities, organised in partnership with the organisation Health All Around.
The meetings are specifically tailored for people who have difficulties or face barriers in joining other mainstream groups.
The aim of this project is to combat social isolation and to promote intercultural integration. It is a place where participants can connect with one another, share experiences and spend time in a welcoming and safe atmosphere. The program includes activities such as: physical exercises, games, workshops and meetings with people from other community health projects.
